Add additional optional arguments to item_label to contain non-displayed phonetic version of text (e.g. A.P.U. instead of APU) to help text to speech pronounce items correctly.

Example usage:

sw_item:APU|START|A.P.U.|Start:FJS/727/Elec/APU_StarSwitch:2

sw_item:Flt Alt|SET|Flight Altitude|SET
