Changing Traefik default port (80/443)

I want to host Matrix with another services, so I wonder if it's possible to change the default port tht Traefik instance uses (80/443)?

I tried to proxy Traefik to local Nginx but it was not possible for me. I faced so many issues trying to get federation and certificates.
