Describe the bug Uploading a voice message in a room fails

Expected behavior Uploaded voice message

Matrix Server:

  • OS: [Debian 12]
  • Architecture [amd64]

Client:

  • Device: [Android, Web, Element App]
  • Browser [FF, Chrome latest]
  • Version [e.g. 22]

Uploading voice message fails with messages in the sublect line (appears in the webdev console). Workers conf "each-of-one" in the vars.yml modified to "false" solved this issue.

Workers conf "each-of-one" seems to be also related to issues displaying picture in rooms.
