Translation of Matrix Registration

Hi, I am using Matrix Registration on my Server and I saw on the Github Page ( https://github.com/zeratax/matrix-registration/tree/master/matrix_registration/translations ) that there is a German Translation. Is it integrated into this Setup? If yes how can I activate / use it?
