Stickers dont work

enableing stickers doesnt add them on the widget of element, other widgets work

@mx4k that patch is in Element 1.9.9. If you update your copy of the playbook you will get Element 1.9.9. https://github.com/spantaleev/matrix-docker-ansible-deploy/blob/master/docs/maintenance-upgrading-services.md

Unfortunately this isn't working on my install which I just ran yesterday. I verified the version of Element is 1.9.9.
