XESmartTarget.Core.Utils.XELFileCSVAdapter does not export all events

XESmartTarget library is missing to export seemingly random number of events.

The issue was initially discovered by incorrect / missing End of Line in the exported CSV. All the exported CSVs have had size around 25 MB, which makes me think there might be some internal size limitation.
