Feature Request: Expand selection to quotes

I really love this plugin that you've built. Thanks!

I feel like a feature that would make this much more useful would be to have a shortcut that would expand the selection to quotes (and include the quotes in the selection). Maybe I'm missing something and this exists. Let me know if that's the case.

@n00ge well, there already is package for expanding selection to quotes, but this package ToggleQuotes uses the same keyboard shortcut Ctrl+` to do its job :( https://github.com/kek/sublime-expand-selection-to-quotes
