Docstrings for classes in opds.py are out-of-date

For each of the classes (OTE_Linear_Model_WSS, OTE_Linear_Model_Elliott and OPD ), few, if any of the parameters in the docstrings are actually parameters to be passed to the classes. This is especially true of OTE_Linear_Model_WSS.
