Tweakreg: exclude user-specified regions from catalogs

Hi,

I am an end user of the JWST pipeline, and thank you for the effort!

I was wondering is it possible to update the make_tweakreg_catalog function such that

• certain regions in the image can be excluded from the catalog if a user specifies an "exclusion file"
• it's similar to Drizzlepac/tweakreg procedure (https://drizzlepac.readthedocs.io/en/latest/tweakreg.html) drizzlepac.tweakreg.TweakReg(..., exclusions="ds9.reg")
• It will help users fine-tune the alignment by excluding spurious point sources
• link to the make_tweakreg_catalog function: jwst/tweakreg/tweakreg_catalog.py
