Query page results preferences

Issue JWQL-151 was created on JIRA by Melanie Clarke:

Selecting a value for "Results per page" on the query page doesn't seem to be passed correctly.  It is always returning 100 images per page.

Some users are also reporting that the Sort Type selection is not working, but I'm not able to reproduce that right now.  There may be interactions with stored sort values in the session that sometimes interfere with setting that value on the query page.
