Issue JWQL-103 was created on JIRA by Rosa Diaz:

Input Data: header values of target position with pre-image 

Description of Algorithm : Take RA and Dec from header for expected source position and final calculated position. Calculate differences.

Output to be trended/stored:

Display pre-imaging of source overlaid by where the source was found. Mark an x to look for offsets between source and position used. (similar to TA monitor, may be able to be combined)

Track differences in RA-Dec over time.
