Unleash Astrowidgets API on Cubeviz image viewers

See discussions in https://github.com/spacetelescope/jdaviz/pull/2563 . Action items:

  1. Have Cubeviz image viewer mix in Astrowidgets API like Imviz viewer.
  2. Write tests for all the APIs but using cubeviz_helper instance.
  3. For the APIs that fail because data is 3D and not 2D, figure out a compatibility layer or throw NotImplementedError .
