@KathleenLabrie reports that when using the imexam loop with ds9, the arrow keys are unusable (or at least ignored)

@KathleenLabrie I implemented something that would recognize arrow keys and increment the pointer location for ds9, but I'm not sure it's working quite right. The interaction seems dependent on personal terminal focus settings...test out imexam v0.8.1 that was just released and let me know what issues you see.
