HAP false detections on edge of chip

In the meeting of 23 January 2020, Rick gave us a demonstration of the software he has been working on for comparing HLA and HAP catalogs. One of the datasets exhibited distinct "edge effects" where the HAP processing erroneously identified many sources along edges of the CCD chip. The dataset in question is the segmenation catalog for j9av01.
