FITGEOM keyword not being set for all a posteriori results

Issue HLA-1094 was created on JIRA by Matthew Burger:

About 1/3 of the standard pipeline drc/z files with a posteriori solutions are missing the FITGEOM keyword. These include most of the WFC3 datasets and ACS/HRC datasets (no ACS/WFC or SBC). The other a posteriori keywords (RMS_RA, RMS_DEC, NMATCHES) are all there.

Attached list of 53 WFC3 datasets with a posteriori solutions and no FITGEOM keyword. This seems to have been mostly fixed, so we can give this a low priority.
