Smapp keeps going out of sync with each version update
Environment
- Smapp version: 1.2.9
- Node version: ---
- OS: Windows 10
Describe the bug
Smapp keeps going out of sync with a persisted, "Restart Node" button. I would let it sync for a few days, but no changes. Then at some point through out the month or maybe with a new version release, it would go in sync and caught up to the latest layer, but approaching the eligible layer for reward, it would go out of sync again.
Steps to reproduce
A simple logging out or shutdown of the smapp will force it to go out of sync.
Expected behavior
It should just sync.
Actual behavior
Stays out of sync. Has been like this for 2.5 months now without producing any rewards even though it was eligible in a couple of the Epochs.

To debug why you were eligible and you still did not receive rewards we would need to dig deeper.
Could you share logs where the proposal is built? (or at least state which layers were you eligible in?)
