Error Code 2110-3127 on using 10.13.XX.YY IP Address

I have no idea what's going on, but when I'm trying to set my Switch to connect to my router with an IP in the specified 10.13 range, it gives me a "Could not perform DNS name resolution." error.

My local network's IP is in the 192.168 range, and when I set an IP in that range, I can connect, but I can't access any lanplay server.

What exactly am I doing wrong here?

Same here, how can we adapt the settings for lanplay and choose our own ip ranges?
