v0.2.2 Windows Executable Asset Compiled in Debug Mode

The Windows executable asset provided in release v0.2.2 was not compiled in release mode and is looking for debug versions of DLL's.

"The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140D.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."

Seems that cmake ignored CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE. Try to fix in next version
