ldn_mitm rewrite

Like i said in Rewrite lan-play and add DiscordRPC lan-play requere to rewrite, but ldn_mitm need it too.

  1. Add SwitchPresence-Rewritten to ldn_mitm code (may be hard).
  2. Try to rewrite it to Tesla-Menu sysmodule format to forget ldnmitm_config.nro and fix an issue with auto-turning on ldn_mitm by default.

I hope @spacemeowx2 or someone interested in this will see this soon and tell me something about this ideas. May be I'm wrong and you will tell me where in my concept errors.
