Upgrade firmware to 13.1.0 and atmosphere to 1.2.1

Latest 1.11.0 idn_mitm release is working.

Please try Archive Bit Fixer in hekate when you are on a mac.

you need to also ensure you've rebooted your switch after installing ldn_mitm
