Add tracking item creation

Add tracking item creation, e.g. items that are automatically removed if they are not required any more. I think this should actually be the default when creating new items in HABApp. Idea:

  • [ ] Always attach metadata to item which signals that it's a tracked item.
  • [ ] Have a cleanup task that removes these items
