[ENG-534] Themes UI & appearance

Took design from mobile and applied to the appearance UI aswell.

• Enabled appearance page
• Theme cards
• Adjusted File icon size so it looks correct
• A few elements required using colors from the theme.
• Hue slider, changes the hue of theme.

Tweaks not related to this PR, but minor:

• Feedback dialog, emoji de-selection since it's optional.

ENG-534 Use theme store

Requirements:

• Use themeStore to persist settings
• Can follow system or the custom value
• Theme settings under Appearance (just dark/light/system for now)
• Set default to "dark" and make it unchangeable for now

Not in the scope:

• Make things pretty on light theme

I will also implement this to mobile so feel free to just steal my code when I do.
