• [X] Create Dockerfile + scripts to build ffmpeg + libheif and their deps for x86_64 Windows
• [X] Create a ffmpeg-windows CI workflow
• [x] Adjust the Windows setup script to download our build
• [x] Enable HEIF processing in core for Windows

• [X] Improve Spacedrive server Dockerfile
