Polish Icon Usage

Mixing Hero icons with Phosphor icons is lame because they're different style/weight and don't fit together, but as it turns out Phosphor has everything I need anyway, so this PR phases out Hero icons.

PR also includes:

  • Cleanup sidebar dropdown UI
  • Restructure settings container component
