Overview is confusing on Unknown vs Unidentified files

Issue description

Go to the Overview and look at the total files panel, it shows "0 unidentified files", and "51K Unknowns". At first I thought it was an error, but then I realized it was just confusing terminology.

It would be better to call them "Others" instead of "Unknown," especially since once I double click on them to navigate they are common file types like *.lnk, *.psd, *.ai, *.msix, *.iso, etc.

Frankly it is disappointing that it doesn't automatically recognize most of these. Also, it would be nice if it had an option to further define types. For example, to specify PSD and AI as Image files.

Steps to reproduce

1. Include common file types like *.lnk, *.psd, *.ai, *.msix, *.iso in your library
2. Wait for Spacedrive to finish scanning
3. Go to the overview
