[ENG-950] Invert scrolling on Media View

The scrolling in Media View should be inverted (either by default or optionally) to emulate a camera roll.

Maybe an invert scroll option, only on media view and enabled by default @niikeec

I've already looked into this, and I have some sort of idea on how we could handle this.
