Indexer rule `No Git`

Implemented the No Git indexer rule to hide all git-related files and directories.

List of files and directories that this indexer rule hides: .git, .gitignore, .gitattributes, .gitkeep, .gitconfig, .gitmodules.

A member of the Team first needs to authorize it.

Makes more sense than "Only Git" for sure, but I wonder if just a toggle to show/hide hidden files would be better than making this a system indexer rule. Part of me wants to remove the latter two system indexer rules anyway.

Also, we need to get previews for text files done next so we can be done with that text icon being everywhere.

Will talk to the team, might approve this in the meantime.
