Add a refresh button in browser window of mission control

The problem faced currently?

Mission control provides a data browser section under database tab to view/mutate data of individual tables. But if the data of the selected table has been changed. We have to refresh the entire page or switch tables just to view the changed data.

How can we solve it?

We can provide a refresh button on the browser tab to refresh the data of the selected table.

We are actually redesigning the entire frontend from scratch again. Thus, changing to the existing codebase will be completely re-written.
