Add linting/formatting standards to mission-control codebase

The problem faced currently?

Mission-control codebase does not have a standard for linting / formatting resulting in readability issues + contributors having to alter their IDE setup. (Prettier plugin in VSCode/Vim)

How can we solve it?

Add and setup eslint and prettier for code quality control.
