Fix react learn course

The react learn course is extremely outdated as it uses space cloud version 0.11.0. There are major changes since then involving how Space Cloud is installed and used. We even have a GraphQL API now.

So we should be updating the react learn course to use latest space cloud version and apollo graphql client to interact with space cloud.
