Heritage Discord API versions: 3, 4, 5

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Discord API 3 is the earliest version that is documented by Discord.

Describe the solution you'd like Support for those can be added without breaking compatibility too far.

Additional context All those versions had been discontinued within the first year of Discord having started the service.
