If someone else would like to implement privacy pass by reading through that literal research paper, waiting for an npm package, or at least waiting for the protocol to be standardized, be my guest lol

Add PrivacyPass Protocol

Hcaptcha already supports it, iirc recatpcha doesn't

@greysilly7 needs to be supported by the token consumer too. hCaptcha can generate them, not consume.
