[WIP / DRAFT] Full landing page rewrite in SvelteKit

Here we go again! I'm using DaisyUI as the UI framework this time. i18n support already working. Lots of things yet to do.

I'm currently working on improving the menu design and responsivity of the navbar, so I can start working on the rest of the page and other components.
