Add endcord (and maybe rdircd) to client list

Endcord is a tui discord client created by @mzivic7, offered spacebar support which was confirmed in official guild via specifying server in configuration

rdircd is a irc daemon by @mk-fg which allows to use irc client to access discord, also allows to use spacebar via configuration entries (not perfectly, but at least i can send and receive messages)
