Revert "Small tomato killer tweak (#27265)"
This reverts commit 4903bc2.

Apparently dozens to hundreds of these can be made in a round which the server is not made for. Botany's been a long-standing problem and it just manifested again.

Maybe just remove prototypes, but dont touch imprinting mechanics?
can understand the issue caused by to many entitys on the server ...but then i would just try to make that some stuff cant be modified by swabbing /mutating and buff tomatos so you have less tomatos but also stronger ones , so there less entitiys but also more potent ones ( and maybe refine code so more possible later again)
