About the PR
Added a new load out item for experienced chefs (players with more than 10 hours in chef): A very tall version of the default chef hat
Why / Balance
More loadout options / senior clothing are fun, this hat gives a good idea that a player has experience in the kitchen and can likely be relied upon to come up with good recipes or direction for other chefs (chef can be overwhelming sometimes with all the orders, standard reasoning for other departments to have senior clothing). Also, people have been asking for a very tall/long hat for a while (it's funny) and this satisfies that.

Ah good point I'll come up with alternative names
two points: 1: needs to be taller 2: needs to be harder to get. i want mfs spending 24 hours as chef to get this hat. or you can tie it to an accomplishment like "made 2x suppermatter and super bite in the same shift". idk

I have one pixel of headroom right now with 32x64 rsi, I could make it even taller than 64 rsi but it already causes some silliness with how big it is and I don't want to push it. I'm not sure how to implement the tie to an achievement thing but am open to changing time requirements I just don't want to go above 60 because cooking is not as hard as other departments or under 10 because that's passenger and that's nothing. I think 10-30 somewhere is the sweet spot? Unsure though.

I just want to declare that if both this and #25950 get merged at some point, I'm going to make this hat able to fit a raccoon inside, and I'm not going to take no for an answer.

check for spacing and tabs, maybe you messed up somewhere with formatting

Remove the hamster variants, also it's too large at 4 tiles high.
The hamster one is unfortunate but I'll do it because it'll let me make the texture smaller. Would making the extra tall one an admin-spawn only item be a reasonable compromise?
