Reactions without reagents don't show up in the guidebook

The guidebook currently is only showing chemical reactions if there is a reagent created by them. All others have to be found out from codecrawling or learning fom other players.

To name a few:

  • water + potassium explosion
  • smoke
  • EMP
  • soap creation
  • meatification
  • plastic sheet creation
  • crystal creation

I think there should be an additional category under chemicals for reactions like these in the guide.

The reaction effects already have a guidebook string and relevant translations included, it is just not used. Here for example in EmpReactionEffect.cs:
