Size-based entity whitelist

About the PR

Entity whitelist (such as used on ItemSlotComponent) now accepts Size as a criteria. Primary intended use is with ItemSlots that can hold any one item as long as it's small enough, such as for making small hollowed-out objects that could be used for smuggling. When you don't want to add an actual inventory.

Well I gave up on updating the obsolete logger for now and everything else was already done, so with the merge conflict and test errors fixed it's ready to go
