Stop reducing output pressure of gastank when low pressure

About the PR

Title says it. No more need to re-set the output pressure after refilling your gas tank. Which is un-intuitive to newcomers because you don't know you have to do it and you don't know what value to put.

Also, fixes the alert display when your tank has not enough gas for you to breath.

The pressure thing doesn't make any sense though. If your internal tank pressure is only 5kpa how does it maintain 20kpa or more pressure without some kind of pump. In reality we just need ttv or similar coded so we can empty tanks easier

output pressure here is presumably the 'desired pressure' in which case it would make sense
