Add a server filter criteria that sorts servers by ping

If the launcher already has some way to check ping, it would make this even easier. I'm imagining a column which displays ping (ascending by default) and a way to toggle whether it's on and whether it's ascending/descending in the filters.

The problem is that checking server ping is a privacy destroyer, so this would need to be opt-in.

Maybe there could be a way to proxy the pings if the user has access to a VPN or proxy?

edit: that might have its own issues if servers think the proxied pings are coming from bots. Yeah, I'm not sure.
