New Snapshot Added Panorama RenderType

As of 25w07a, they have added a new RenderType Panorama, which works/fits perfectly for custom sky implementations, and could be used in OptiFine.

Update: RenderType is gone, but there is now a RenderPipeline for it, which does the same thing.
