Settings error, Enchant Glint (speed, strength) setting is missing

In the video and accessibility settings, there is a vanilla option to change Speed and Strength of the enchant Glint on items. Optifine has this setting tweak missing.

Steps to Reproduce

Entering menu options. Menu > options > Video Settings

OptiFine Version

1.21.4

Installation Method

Just the client on the official launcher. Official Launcher > launch versions > installation ("1.21.4-Optifine_HD_U_J3_pre11").

Additional Information

It seems valuable to have this setting already. I could find it in the Vanilla options, but I can't find it in Optifine.

The glint options are already available under Accessibility Settings, it makes no sense to duplicate them under Video Settings.
