[1.21.3/1.21.4 Bug] Villager OptiFine GUIs are not working

Description of Issue

The OptiFine GUI feature for villagers isn't working, while it is working for ender chests/shulker boxes/trapped chests. This may be due to GUI sprite assets being moved around? This does not happen in other OptiFine alternatives like Fabulously Optimized. Also affects 1.21.1.
