Open GL Error code 1005

Description of Issue

Game randomly turns into a white screen or black screen. Windows did not crashed so I was able to relaunch the game

first thought of some random shader pack or resource pack was causing the issue, but even after disabling everything the issue still occurs

My spec: I5-10400F B460M TUF WIFI (latest BIOS ver 1601) 32Gb T-FORCE Delta ROG STRIX RX6600XT

Steps to Reproduce

Issue occurs after months not playing the game. occurs randomly so i do not know how to reproduce the error

OptiFine Version

Optifine 1.20.4 (updated to 1.20.6 but didn't solve the issue)
