[1.20 Bug] Custom end sky breaks everything after a while
Description of Issue
When playing in the end with a custom end sky, after a while the game goes into a completely broken state where tons of visuals are messed up (invisible inventory, no menu backdrop shadow, transparent items and menus, etc).

Can you provide the resource pack used and the related game settings used at the time?
New Default+ v1.68 [MC1.20-1.20.1], OptiFine_1.20.1_HD_U_I5, and my provided OptiFine settings from https://powerups4u.wixsite.com/seaofpixels/optifine-settings.
I was unable to replicate this behavior myself, everything seems fine to me, even after waiting a bit. I did notice though that you are on integrated graphics, that could maybe be causing the visual issues?
More people testing this would be appreciated. Especially integrated graphics vs. non-integrated.
Custom sky textures could be quite big and use a lot of VRAM. Combined with the slow VRAM leak from the terrain geometry (#7475), your GPU may be getting out of memory.
I've also ran into an issue where when it rains the end sky is not rendered at all.
Steps to reproduce:
- Use pack with custom sky
- Create a new world with cheats enabled
- Run /weather rain
- Go to the end /setblock ~ ~ ~ end_portal
- Save and quit, then load back the save
