[1.20 Bug] Item armor trim overlay doesn't show over CIT armor items

Description of Issue

The inventory item armor trim overlay fails to show over CIT armor items.

Top are normal untrimmed armor and normal untrimmed CIT armor, bottom is emerald trimmed armor and emerald trimmed CIT armor (notice how the trimmed CIT doesn't have the trim overlays):
