[Error] zip END header not found

Description of Issue

I can't install Optifine at all. I have tried running the installer, installing it with Forge, using TLauncher, and using it with Fabric, but I always get the same error: zip END header not found

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Install Optifine with the installer on Windows
  2. Get the error: zip END header not found

OptiFine Version

1.16.3 HD U G3

Installation Method

Tried both methods, as said in the description.

Fabric/Forge Version

Fabric 1.16.3

OptiFabric Version

OptiFabric 1.7.0

Other Installed Mods

Fabric Mods folder: dark-loading-screen-1.5.0 fabric-api-0.24.0+build.411-1.16 modmenu-1.14.6+build.31 optifabric-1.7.0
