[Bug] Loading Screen Shows Random Animation

Description of Issue

This is an odd bug, but the top left of the loading screen will play a random animation from the optifine/anim folder I noticed this a few months ago, but I just figured out the cause

Steps to Reproduce

Make an animation file in optifine/anim and reload the pack

OptiFine Version

Optifine_1.16.3_G4_pre1

Installation Method

Standalone Installer

Prior Testing

Does this happen in Vanilla without OptiFine? No, it only happens with OptiFine, as it takes the animation from an OptiFine folder
