The stress test program cannot be found if it immediately throws an error

The script couldn't find the stress test program, because it threw an error so quickly that it happened before the script even tried to look for it.

Maybe adding an additional check for new log file entries in this case could detect this error correctly.

Looks like this became an issue between 0.9.4.2 and 0.9.5.0, I haven't been able to pinpoint why.
