QUIC support
QUIC is an encrypted, multiplexed, and low-latency transport protocol designed from the ground up to improve transport performance for HTTPS traffic and to enable rapid deployment and continued evolution of transport mechanisms. cf The QUIC Transport Protocol: Design and Internet-Scale Deployment
This issue will keep all the documentation/research find on QUIC and list what are the impact of changes to support QUIC in sozu.

A futures-based QUIC implementation in Rust. The crate provide a client and server example. The architecture of the project has 2 sub crates:
quinnandquinn-proto. We should take a look if we can includequinn-protoin sozu in order to avoid to reimplement the protocol by ourselves. - ietf QUIC tracker
